DMCA Policy for Instant Pot Egg Bites

At Instant Pot Egg Bites, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement and for counter-notifying if content has been removed in error.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page outlines the information required to submit these notices and how we handle them.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Instant Pot Egg Bites website or related services, please send a written DMCA notice to us with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: Clearly identify the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Instant Pot Egg Bites website (e.g., URL link).
  3. Your contact information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement of accuracy: Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the content.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific content that was removed or disabled and its location on Instant Pot Egg Bites before it was removed (e.g., URL link).
  • Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement of consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Instant Pot Egg Bites may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notification.
